Feelings and thoughts transmute into energy, which I believe transmutes in karma. Either we radiate positive or negative karma.
More often, people rely on negative emotions and expectations because it’s easier to see people fall on the first obstacle than to see them overcome thousands of them to draw positive outcome.
Nowadays being around positive people is rare. It’s harder to come energetic on a table and cheer up everyone than to come negative and sit with the negative karma all along. However, there is a cure! We can all be energetic and happy!
I think those moments when everyone around you is happy bring the best memories in life. I also think with these 10 significant ways to clear your mind you will be able to eliminate the poor karma around you!10 Significant Ways To Clear Your Mind Of Negative Thoughts
1. Eliminate the pessimist in you
As we all entrust the positive part of the story or “the angel”, we have a demon on the other side that’s trying to creep out the optimist.
The idea is to focus on your optimist because to be honest, most of us don’t even know that we are pessimists. As we present an idea in front of people, they won’t tell you that “it is perfect idea!”, but you will hear jabbering that “it’s not that easy as you imagine”, or “you won’t make it far.” We instantly get pessimistic resolutions. RARELY, someone will consider it as a positive idea.
If we truly want to stop the jabbering, first we have to be optimistic about ourselves. Everything is turning out great if you truly do it. If you take one of your ideas through the day and carve it for a year, you will have successful thing (business, relationship, etc.) right in front of your eyes.
Be optimistic about every authentic deed. It cannot turn out to be pessimistic if you never lever your hearing to the demon’s side.
2. Name 5 good things about you
As I recently did this exercise, I can really feel better around “me.”
Be realistic. We are not all flowers and sun shines. We have negative characteristics too. But the point is to focus on the good ones we possess, so we will never have to activate the bad ones.
Find good characteristics in people too. Everyone is differently pressured with stressful situations which makes it harder to scan, but we all have the good voice in us for those who want to hear it. Treat people as you want to be treated.
Take a piece of paper and a pen and start writing. It will help you big time!
3. Take a walk
Over thinking makes situations more difficult as they are. If we stay with a thought long enough it has the power to make us think all the bad outcomes of it. It’s just how safety works. If you think how dangerous is to walk on the sidewalk, you will never have to get out of home either!
Also, negativity is often an outcome of circumstance. If we are around negative people or music we consider bad, we can start to lose the spark in us. Soon, our negativity will feed and activate.
Taking a walk around a park or a green area might amaze you. Clean nature always has the capacity to wash away negative energy. It’s just the power of nature.
4. List of gratefulness
Making a list of gratefulness compels your positive vibrations. If we rely on the things we don’t have, the list will count to eternity.
Conscious or not, we know we have done good and bad things in life. Both of them lead us to the spot of enlightening. So if you reconsider the fact, we are grateful for both things, good and bad. It’s up to us to grasp the spot and assert it in the rightful direction.
At the end of the day being grateful is the best thing to lie down with. As Dalai Lama quotes it “When you practice gratefulness, there is a sense of respect towards others.” Respect will spark the law of attraction!
5. Read online jokes
This useful tip has always helped me recover from negative thinking. Even if I don’t want to laugh, there are so many jokes out there to reconsider that.
Jokes of your type have the power to heal you. Laughter is the best medicine and that’s a fact!
Laughter has the power to bind people together, it relaxes the whole body, boosts the immune system, it triggers endorphins – feel-good chemicals that promote an overall sense of well-being, and can even temporarily relieve pain. Simple joke has the power to trigger all of the above.
6. Work out
You just need to work out. It will increase your condition to work through the day, climb the stairs, and the real-deal benefits.
The same as laughter, work out has the power to release the feel-good chemicals, but this is just another dusty story. The real deal is how exercise affects the brain in many beneficial ways.
When you start exercising, the brain recognizes this as a moment of stress. As your heart pressure elevates, the brain thinks you are either fighting the enemy or fleeing from it. To protect yourself and your brain from stress, you release a protein called BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor). This BDNF has a protective and also reparative element to your memory neurons and acts as a reset switch. That’s why we often feel so at ease and things are clear after exercising.
At the same time, endorphins, another chemical to fight stress, are released in your brain.
With this cool fact, I think it’s time to stress out positively!
7. Find your positive niche
As much as we know the facts of becoming and staying positive, if we dangle in negative environment, positivity cannot last for long.
With friends who understand you and make you feel comfortable to speak as you speak to yourself when you are lonely, will drastically improve your positivity. Simply find some people who can fully understand you, even your darkest fantasies.
You have to feel as you speak to yourself. Then, you won’t have to solve your thoughts alone. This means that you found the real positive environment.
Positive environment not always means smile on your face, but people who understand you.
8. Help someone
Making good deeds and helping someone will give us a sense of belonging and achievement.
We should help other people because it is our duty to reach out to someone who may be in need. Helping others makes the world go round because people will remember when someone has helped them, and they often respond by offering their assistance to others when they get back up on their feet. It’s all about paying it forward, and it is a beautiful thing.
So whether it’s not your job to help people, do it. It will unleash you from negative thinking.
9. Take a short meditation
Wherever you are, if you feel negative just take a deep breath and close your eyes for a couple of minutes. Breathe calmly and focus on the black you see before you. It will help you tune down the thoughts. It’s kind of mini-meditation to set the body in flow and calm the frantic movement of thoughts.
It’s a frantic world out there, and stress is just around the corner. By this calming tactic we will be able to get clear mind and start operating on solution.
10. Have a goal in near future
Craving for something will give us direction. Writing our goals on a piece of paper will dive us to clarify what we want, it will motivate us to take action, it will give us shield to overcome resistance and problems on the way, and it will give us a sense of reward on the way. Plus, it will filter the way to get ideas for better things on the way.
Who doesn’t want to see progress? And people without anything written on a paper will scatter around with obligations and improper time-waste. It’s like working to death for nothing.
To clear this out, you have a paper and a pen on the reach next to you. Start focusing your thoughts on a goal.
By this knowledge and wisdom you will be able to get through the negative riots in the body.
Off the record, which one do you think will help you most?
